ENHANCEMENT

Cloudbeds Payments Terminals now available in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico is now classified as a U.S. state within the Cloudbeds platform. Therefore, properties in Puerto Rico are now able to seamlessly order and use terminals for accepting in-person (card-present) payments directly through Cloudbeds Payments, just like other U.S.-based properties. The ability to accept in-person payments enhances a property’s revenue-generating capabilities. Card-present payments typically offer lower transaction fees and higher approval rates than online transactions, which can lead to an increase in successful payments and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the in-person payment option supports greater customer engagement, as guests have more flexible payment options, thereby enhancing the customer experience and potentially improving property ratings.

HyperGuest Channel is now in the Processing Methods section for payment automation

HyperGuest has now been added as a channel in the “Processing Methods” section within the Payment Options page across all payment gateways. Previously, customers using HyperGuest as a booking source lacked automated charge capabilities, limiting their ability to streamline payment workflows for reservations sourced from this channel. By adding HyperGuest as a selectable processing method, you can now automate payment charges for reservations from this channel, which boosts operational efficiency and minimizes manual work.

Keep your listings compliant and up to date with Airbnb API Notifications

Cloudbeds now supports Airbnb’s Notification API, ensuring hosts stay informed about listing quality and compliance issues. When Airbnb identifies a potential issue, such as a listing quality warning, the Cloudbeds system will alert hosts directly. These notifications are sent when immediate action is required, helping hosts stay proactive and maintain compliance with Airbnb’s guidelines to keep their listings in top shape.

More live integrations!

  • Tevalis retrieves in-house reservations and searches rooms by guest name or room number/name. Charges can be posted to reservations and the house account. Transactions in the reservation folio or house account folio can be voided.
  • STS Cloud by Sales and Catering retrieves Room Availability from Cloudbeds to manage Groups & Events; daily availability is displayed within STS Cloud.
  • Orana Software pulls room and reservation details. They will create customized guidebooks for each guest, where you can find details of the room you booked, pictures of the hotel, information about the hotel, local restaurants and bars, the weather, useful phone numbers, local attractions, and many other local details.
  • AG Tech will pull all the transactions posted in a reservation once the hotel checks out that reservation. Based on the transaction pulled AG Tech will generate an invoice on their end and send the invoice generated to Cloudbeds. This service is available in Costa Rica.
  • Panafacturas will pull all the transactions posted in a reservation once the hotel checks out that reservation. It will generate an invoice on their end based on the transaction pulled and will send the invoice generated to Cloudbeds. Available for Panama.
  • Visitor Data is a platform for insights into stayover tourism. It retrieves guest and reservation data from Cloudbeds PMS and is available for the Netherlands.
  • Nfact by Nunsam retrieves reservation data from Cloudbeds to generate invoices compatible with Mexico’s Requirements.
