Together we're on a mission to power every property in the world and to do that, we need to find the best talent in the world. That's why we're on the search for a superstar Senior Financial Reporting and Process Analyst.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong data analytics and reports / process automation expertise to join our team and transform complex datasets, integrating them in our Accounting System. We also expect this professional to have a solid background in month-end close processes and accounting.

Location: Sao Paulo - Brazil

What You Will Do:

Leverage data across different software, extracting and manipulating large datasets, to integrate in our Accounting System, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Automate accounting and financial processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with financial and accounting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis of financial anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
Support the accounting operations for the Brazilian entity.

You’ll Succeed With:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
Proficiency in data manipulation and automation tools, with desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting processes.
Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and able to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the data.
Fluent English.

Nice to Have (optional):

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
