A new standard for User Experience

TTM Hospitality Co-Founder Ryan Lloyd sought an innovative, intuitive solution with strong multi-prop functionality — something that would help him efficiently manage operations remotely while minimizing overhead costs.

Based on recommendations from industry peers, he chose Cloudbeds and was immediately impressed by its ease of use — especially given that he faced a tight deadline to feel comfortable with it before Dew Duck Inn’s launch, “When we purchased the motel, I had about 72 hours to launch the property, and that’s when I started my Cloudbeds training.”

But Cloudbeds is different. It’s so intuitive from a UX standpoint that it was super easy to pick up on. Even the more complex processes, like connecting to different OTA channels, are the easiest I’ve experienced.

A tech stack that makes contactless hospitality effortless

Cloudbeds has been instrumental in helping TTM Hospitality achieve its contactless vision through its seamless integrations with Operto and Breezeway. 

A leader in access control systems, Operto automates key processes from the moment a reservation is created in Cloudbeds. Guest details, including their assigned unit number and personal information, are sent to Operto, which then generates a secure, dynamic 4-digit access code to be shared with guests.

Award-winning property operations and experience platform, Breezeway, meanwhile,  helps coordinate, communicate, and verify detailed work at TTM Hospitality’s properties. “It allows me to have eyes on the property each and every day,” explains Ryan. 

This tech stack enables TTM Hospitality to manage guest interactions primarily through text, and empowers the group to provide smooth and efficient stays while minimizing overhead costs; all operations are managed with just 2 management employees and a small housekeeping team.

Operations are further streamlined by integrated payment processing solution  Cloudbeds Payments, in particular its Pay by Link feature. Letting the group easily send out secure payment links by email or messaging apps, it adds yet another strength to their contactless approach.

For strategic, data-based decision making, the team makes regular use of Cloudbeds’ reservation reports, daily revenue reports, and occupancy and ADR reports.
