The challenge
Five acquisitions in one year
The past year has been busy for Roadside Hospitality with its five acquisitions. Sahad says, βtypically, the previous owners retire, and we take over their business.β This includes all of their furniture, amenities, and technology infrastructure. Two of the acquired properties were already using Cloudbeds PMS, while the other three had very old systems that needed to be replaced.

Roadside Hospitality has seen its average daily rate (ADR) increase substantially since partnering with Cloudbeds, which can largely be attributed to optimizing room types across the booking engine and channel manager. From 2021 to 2022, they were able to increase ADR by 24% in the summer months at Bowmont Motel.
Roadside Hospitality utilizes a wide variety of Cloudbeds tools, including Cloudbeds Payments, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and Pricing Intelligence Engine. They also take advantage of Cloudbedsβ Marketplace integrations.
