Our customers are always searching for ways to streamline operations, create more efficiency, and give guests confidence. Jasmin Wilson, General Manager at Dahl’s Motel, manages the 21 room property that is set to be fully remodeled and rebranded in the next year.

Managing it all from one place

The team at Dahl’s Motel have experienced first hand just how efficient integrated payments are. With Cloudbeds Payments, everything is always in sync and reporting is no different.  Jasmin spoke to us about how time-consuming and tedious reconciliations were for her. Every month she would spend hours on end reconciling payments, transactions, and reservations to make sure that the property’s books were in order. 

Before Cloudbeds, the staff at Dahl’s Motel experienced what most properties experience, disconnected payment systems. At check-in/out guests would give their card to the front desk clerk and payments would be imputed manually. Jasmin expressed that this was a major pain point because it just took too long and was often prone to human error.
