Prior to adopting Cloudbeds, CAOBA manually updated its listings using Excel macros to verify availability and maintain open calendars.

“We were spending countless hours manually updating availability, and as we grew, it became clear that this approach wouldn’t be sustainable,” says Antonio. “We needed a solution that could handle our growth without adding complexity.”
