PaaS is a cloud computing model where a third-party provider delivers hardware and software tools to users over the internet. It allows developers to develop or run an application without installing in-house hardware or software.
Cloud computing plays a significant role in almost every industry, including hospitality. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) have both become the norm for properties of all shapes and sizes.
Richard and Stephen discuss the different PaaS models that exist right now and how they could impact the future.
